We work with small groups (max. 10 participants) to ensure individual attention, meaningful connection, and deepening. Each day is carefully curated to bring you closer to yourself, at your own pace.
Yoga Styles
Our classes are tuned to the time of day and the group’s energy:
Vinyasa Yoga – A dynamic flow connecting breath and movement. Perfect for starting the day with vitality and awareness.
Hatha Yoga – A classical style focusing on balance, technique, and alignment.
Yin Yoga – A quiet, deep practice where you hold poses for longer to access connective tissue and fascia.
Yoga Nidra – Gentle, restorative classes in the afternoon or evening to deeply release and calm the nervous system.
No prior yoga experience is required. You will be guided with care and attention.
Meditation & Pranayama
Each day starts with breathwork (pranayama) and guided meditation. These practices help calm the mind, connect with your body, and begin the day with clarity and peace.
Meditation techniques may include:

- Heart coherence & compassion meditations
